Optoma UHC70LV: Flagship 4K Dual Laser Projector with Dolby Vision
The Optoma UHC70LV is a next-generation flagship projector designed to revolutionise the home cinema experience. This 4K UHD (3840 x 2160) projector utilises advanced Dual Laser Technology to deliver a powerful 5,000 lumens of brightness and superior colour accuracy, ensuring stunning, vibrant visuals in both dedicated home theatres and well-lit living spaces. It is the world’s first high-end projector of this brightness level certified with Dolby Vision.
Cinematic Excellence with Dual HDR Support
The UHC70LV sets a new standard for image fidelity by supporting both Dolby Vision and HDR10+ formats, allowing it to bring cinematic contrast, depth, and clarity to life frame by frame. The Dual Laser light source achieves a remarkable 3,200,000:1 Contrast Ratio and covers 95% of the DCI-P3 colour space, ensuring authentic, richly saturated colours.
Visual performance is further optimised by the proprietary PureEngine™ Ultra image processing technology. This AI-powered system includes PureContrast, which leverages algorithms to analyse and adjust brightness values frame-by-frame, creating deeper blacks and brighter highlights. PureMotion technology simultaneously utilises sophisticated frame-interpolation to eliminate motion blur and judder, even in high-speed action sequences. For gamers, the projector is 4K 120Hz compatible and boasts a rapid input lag of just 8.40 ms.
Intelligent Laser Longevity and Flexible Installation
The DuraCore MultiColor Laser light source provides exceptional reliability, offering up to 30,000 hours of virtually maintenance-free operation. This longevity maintains consistent brightness and colour accuracy for years, making it an excellent long-term investment.
Installation flexibility is comprehensive. The unit features a 1.6x Manual Zoom lens and includes Vertical Lens Shift (-106% to 126%) and Horizontal Lens Shift (-10% to 10%), allowing the installer to precisely position the image without compromising quality. The projector supports 360-degree projection and includes horizontal and vertical Keystone Correction of up to 30 degrees for final image alignment. Connectivity is robust, featuring one HDMI 2.1 input, two HDMI 2.0 inputs (one with eARC support), and control ports like RS232 and RJ45.
