For damaged-upon-arrival (shipping damage), contact us within 3 days of receipt. We will assist with a carrier claim. Keep all original packaging.

For incorrect items, contact us within 3 days of receipt. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent and the incorrect item returned. The item must be returned in the condition received.

BG AudioVisual will provide further instructions, including a return authorization if applicable.
