The IZA 2120-LZ provides an enriched audio experience through embedded technologies that automatically manage sound quality and clarity. Opti-Voice Paging intelligently equalises the vocal frequency range, ensuring exceptional speech intelligibility during announcements while guaranteeing seamless transitions back to background music. Dynamic EQ automatically adjusts the frequency response to maintain a full and balanced music presentation at any volume level, eliminating the thin sound often heard at low volumes. Furthermore, Simplified Loudspeaker Equalisation offers independent Loudspeaker EQ per output, simplifying connectivity and enriching audio quality when paired with Bose Professional loudspeakers, including FreeSpace 3 systems, FS3 subwoofer, FS2, FS4, and DesignMax DM2.

Rear-panel DIP switches allow the amplifier to be configured without a PC for output (Mono/Stereo), remote control, paging modes, and automatic standby options.

Designed for simplicity from installation through to daily operation, the IZA 2120-LZ provides installers with intuitive feature setup and flexible placement options. The unit’s compact and lightweight design is supplied with rack ears for seamless integration into 1RU rack spaces, or can be placed discreetly on a desk or counter using the included plastic feet.
For end-users, the simplified front panel interface provides direct access to source selection, master volume, and tone controls. The system also supports dual optional remote controls (PC 041967) for independent or combined zone volume and source selection from remote locations, which completely bypasses the need for traditional, sound-degrading in-line volume controls. Additionally, remote muting can be activated via a centralised control system through a simple contact closure.
